  1. A Abu Dhabi Global Market — The Record of Beneficial Owners is not published publicly. Access is limited to designated personnel of the ADGM Registration Authority, and the Registrar may disclose to third parties only under section 967 of the Companies Regulations or with the consent of the entity concerned. B British Virgin Islands — Since 2 January 2025 the register of members must be filed with the Registrar, together with the name and address of the nominator where a shareholder acts as a nominee. The filed register is not publicly available and is accessible to the company, its registered agent, BVI competent authorities and law enforcement.   3. B Cayman Islands — The register of members of an exempted company is not publicly accessible. Beneficial ownership information is held separately under the Beneficial Ownership Transparency Act and is available to Cayman competent authorities. B England & Wales — The PSC register is public and records anyone holding more than 25 per cent of shares or voting rights, or exercising significant influence, whether held directly or through a nominee.
